Our aim is always a damage-free opening. If the lock does need to be replaced, we tell you before we start and never proceed without your approval.
How is the price decided?
The price depends on the lock type, the condition of the door and the time of day. We give you a clear price range on the phone, confirmed when the technician arrives.
How do you know the door is mine?
For everyone's safety we ask for something that shows the address belongs to you before we open it: an ID, a bill, a tenancy agreement or confirmation from the caretaker.
Do you work at night and on holidays?
